Productivity Coaching

The reason so many productivity systems are impossible to maintain is that they are one-size-fits-all. The Elements of Productivity touch are present in almost every area of our lives: organization, communication, motivation, wellness; One can hardly fit such a unique mix into a one-size-fits-all solution expect a functional result.
Flexibility is what makes it possible to get organized and truly improve productivity with ARoundTuit. I work with who you are, in your unique context, to implement adapted systems and behaviors that work.
The Assessment
There’s no better way to pinpoint the broken part(s) than to take a good look under the hood. That’s why coaching must always begin with an assessment.
- The Individual assessment consists of an informal interview where I ask questions specifically designed to reveal areas of strength and challenge in your current situation. This allows us to understand the situational dynamics, and for me to begin constructing a plan of action.
- A Group assessment can be done by ARoundTuit in tandem with your organization, or a third party consultant, such as an industrial or organizational psychologist.
The group assessment consists of a multi-dimensional look at productivity strengths and challenges. A random sampling of employees representing different levels and departments may submit to a short interview or on-line questionnaire.
The questionnaire can target a productivity area of your choice, or can be general, in order to reveal perceived and real trends.
A group assessment can take a few minutes (survey) to an hour or more. The results of the assessment allow us to begin our coaching well-prepared to tackle the right problem, with the right approach.
Coaching
Coaching is an empowering process, enabling the coachee to put see the big picture, prioritize, create and implement a do-able plan to move forward.
This begins with prioritizing the coaching goals and setting a reasonable timeline over which coaching will take place. In order for the coaching to be effective, many people feel that an investment of 45 minutes a week is enough to make headway between sessions and stay on track.
- Individual coaching is an ideal solution for an employee who is facing unique challenges such as stress, chronic lateness, burnout, or for support while adapting to a new position.
- Group Coaching can be to boost productivity during or after a major change. Group coaching is also an effective means of weathering challenging times by guiding employees to come up with their own positive solutions.
Depending on your goals and preferences, the assessment and coaching can be completed in person, virtually (via telephone and email), or any combination of the two that works.
Because each situation is unique, it is together that we can find the format that will work best for you and your company. Please contact me to discuss your vision, and how I can help you make it reality!
